Community Rules

FoundrOne is a community where people build products, share their ideas and learn from one another.
Creating and sharing freely is encouraged. However, the following rules apply so that the community stays safe and useful.
1. Forgery and Identity Impersonation
Acting as if you are another person, company, brand or organization is prohibited. Choosing a username is free; however, using it for fraud or identity impersonation is prohibited.
2. Fraud
Deceiving users, offering fake products or services, creating fake investment opportunities or making false statements in order to gain financial benefit is prohibited.
3. Investment Content
Looking for investment or mentioning investment opportunities is free. However, fake investment, guaranteed returns, unrealistic fund information or investment promises aimed at misleading users are prohibited. FoundrOne does not provide investment consultancy or investment guarantees.
4. Harassment and Threats
The following are prohibited towards users;
- threats,
- persistent harassment,
- bullying,
- personal attacks,
- intimidation
Criticizing an idea is free. Attacking a person is not.
5. Hate Speech
Content that promotes hate, discrimination or violence towards people or groups is prohibited.
6. Personal Data
Sharing other people's personal data such as
- phone number,
- address,
- email address,
- identity information,
- private correspondence,
- account information
without permission is prohibited.
7. Spam
Sharing the same or similar content over and over, manipulating the system or filling users with unwanted content is prohibited.
8. Advertising
A user may promote their own product or startup. Advertising other products without permission or using FoundrOne as a spam advertising platform is prohibited.
9. Copyright
Sharing content belonging to someone else as if it were their own is prohibited. The user must have the necessary rights to the content they share.
10. Pornographic and Sexual Content
Sharing pornographic or explicit sexual content is prohibited.
11. Violence and Illegal Activity
Content that promotes, facilitates or organizes illegal activities is prohibited. Content that promotes violence or seriously contains threats is prohibited.
12. Phishing
Creating fake links or pages in order to obtain users' passwords, account information or other sensitive information is prohibited.
13. Malware and Harmful Code
Distributing viruses, trojans, spyware, ransomware or any other malicious software is prohibited. Sharing code that threatens the security of the platform or of users is prohibited.
14. Gambling
Content that promotes or organizes illegal or against-the-rules gambling activities is prohibited.
15. Claiming Someone Else's Product
Showing someone else's startup, product or idea as if it were your own is prohibited. Users may talk about other products or use them as examples. However, they must not be misleading about ownership.
16. Community Manipulation
Manipulating visibility on the platform through fake accounts, artificial engagement, fake upvotes or similar methods is prohibited.
17. Complaint System
Users may report content they deem appropriate. Reports are reviewed manually. Creating fake complaints in a malicious and systematic way may also be considered a violation of the community rules.
18. Moderation
FoundrOne may review content for the safety of the community. Content that violates the rules may be removed. A user's account may be temporarily restricted or closed. In serious violations, no prior warning may be given.
19. Enforcement of the Rules
Every violation does not have to result in the same sanction. FoundrOne may;
- remove the content,
- restrict the visibility of the content,
- suspend the account temporarily,
- close the account permanently.
The action to be applied may be determined according to the nature of the violation and whether it is repeated.
20. Good Faith
On FoundrOne you can share your product, your idea, your progress or your failures. Criticism is free. Malicious attacks, fraud and manipulating the community are not.
21. Acceptance and Entry into Force
By registering on FoundrOne, the user declares that they have read and agree to comply with the

The KVKK Privacy Notice is not a contract acceptance or an explicit consent text. The notification obligation is fulfilled independently of the legal basis of the personal data processing activity. If there is a separate data processing activity requiring explicit consent, this consent is obtained separately from the Privacy Notice. The date and version of the acceptance of the Terms of Use may be recorded electronically.
